New Member Ministries – From visiting new members to helping them find a place to serve to teaching new member classes to providing lunch for quarterly new member luncheons, this team works to help our new members find a place at KUMC. Did someone help you get involved, or did you have to find your own way? Either way, this might be the ministry for you! Interested? Worship Team – The worship team works hard to make worship look effortless. Volunteers from this team help with the sound system, work with power points, and record CDs for shut-ins. This team helps with communion, change and design altar settings, and help set up special worship services like revival. This team also ushers, acolytes, and serves communion. Have a passion for worship? Then, sign-up to help this team! Interested? Contact: Loretta Spradlin 770-917-1508 or thespradlins @ bellsouth.net

Lay Speaking Ministries – We feel called by God to use our voices for God’s service to spread the Good News of Christ. Lay Speakers serve as liturgists in our worship services, teachers in Sunday School Classes, and many more opportunities for service in our church and others. After taking the basic Lay Speaking classes, we are equipped to serve God in so many capacities. Feel lead to serve with your words and spirit? Then this is your ministry! Interested?
